Luxury Botswana safari

In Botswana we use small luxury safari camps on huge private wildlife reserves. So you will not usually see other vehicles when on safari. At most camps you will have a luxury tented room on a big wooden deck with comfortable bed, furniture, ensuite wc/shower and a verandah with views. Most camps in Botswana only have 8 rooms and a pool and the food is marvellous.

Okavango Delta

Sparkling waterways create a vast oasis of palm islands and grassland. Thousands of elephant, lion, leopard giraffe and herds of plains game live here. Enjoy safaris with expert guides by open vehicle, on foot and by boat and mokoro canoe. The Okavango has so much variety in wildlife and scenery we recommend you stay in two contrasting areas.

Safaris in the Savuti and Linyanti regions

Dry river beds, big savannah plains and forest support amazing concentrations of elephant antelope and prides of lion. From July to November this is one of the best big game safari areas in Africa.

The Desert

Botswana has fascinating deserts which are best from March to May with seasonal animal migrations. Walk with san bushmen. Explore Makgadigadi by quad bike.

Safari options

A fly in safari takes you quickly from one luxury camp to another. We recommend 3 days per safari camp to really enjoy each place. Or you can take a luxury mobile safari travelling around by vehicle with a support team setting up camp for you each night.
